SCHOOL LUNCH PROGRAM
LUNCH MISSION STATEMENT
The Anthony School is fortunate to have vast diversity and numerous cultures represented within our school. Culinary Consultants mission is to expand the culinary experiences for our students, teachers, and staff by providing a nutritious and well-balanced lunch program. This culinary mission is designed to compliment the Anthony School’s innovative ways that has made them a leader in education. The Anthony School Lunch Program will focus on limiting processed foods, added sugars and colored dyes while moving towards organic, healthy options for our students and staff.
The Global Menu concept will represent four different cuisines per month while focusing on one cuisine for an entire week. The cuisines that will be represented, but not limited to, are:
American, Southern, Spanish, Southwestern, Italian,
American, Vietnamese, Japanese, French, Cuban, Breakfast,
Indian, Cajun, Irish, Chinese
