Reminder that summer is a great time to get your physical for the upcoming school year. All students that participate in a middle school sport are required to have a physical on file. Click here if you need a form to take to your physician.

Please upload your physical form when you complete your enrollment packet in July (info to come from Melissa Wolfe in July regarding the enrollment packet).
