Early Childhood Art
In Early Childhood, your child will learn through creativity, exploration, and play. Each day, young learners experiment with color, texture, and mixed media while building confidence in their ability to make choices and express ideas.
Hands-on art experiences also help children strengthen fine and gross motor skills, practice sharing materials, take turns, and follow their natural curiosity. Dedicated art and music classrooms give them inviting spaces to imagine, create, and build foundational skills.
Elementary Art
During the elementary years, your child will grow as both a creator and a problem-solver. Students explore the Elements of Art and Principles of Design while experimenting with drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, ceramics, and other media.
Students are encouraged to make individual choices, try new techniques, and reflect on the ideas behind their work. They also learn how to discuss art and explain their creative decisions. Each year, several elementary students earn recognition for their artwork, celebrating the imagination, effort, and individual expression developed in the program.
Middle School Art
In Middle School, your child will build on foundational art skills through increasingly sophisticated projects. Our light-filled art studio provides an inspiring space where students can experiment, innovate, and create meaningful work.
As students deepen their understanding of the Elements of Art and Principles of Design, they learn to think critically, take creative risks, refine their techniques, and develop their own artistic voices. Middle school students regularly earn recognition for their artwork, reflecting the talent, dedication, and imagination they bring to the creative process.
