Re-enrollment 2019-20 Grades 1-5
Please complete this re-enrollment contract form if your student is a returning student going into 1st through 5th grade for the 2019-20 school year.
Once you have completed this form you will have the choice to either process your re-enrollment fee through PayPal or pay by check in the office. There is a $20 fee for PayPal processing.
The re-enrollment fee is $550. It is due by March 15, 2019. A late fee of $100 will be applied after March 15th and additionally on May 1st and on August 15th. The re-enrollment fee is non-refundable, non-transferable.
*PLEASE NOTE THE AUGUST DUE DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO AUGUST 15, 2019.
