AfterCare Program
The Anthony School provides an Aftercare Program on a daily basis from 3:00 p. m. - 5:45 p. m. Our students are cared for in a nurturing, adult-supervised environment that emphasizes safety issues, socialization skills, and academic achievement. All students are given the opportunity to attend a homework room where a certified teacher is available to assist with homework, review it when completed, and remediate if necessary.
Our program provides structure with flexibility, keeping in mind that children need a balance between structured and unstructured activities. Adult supervisors as well as high school aides provide a safe environment for children to participate in provided activities.
Fees for the Aftercare Program can be obtained in the main office. Parents are expected to be prompt in observing the pick-up times and providing the office with requested information.
Tutoring/Study Hall
The Anthony School is very fortunate to have teachers available for after school study hall and individual tutoring. Information on teachers available can be obtained in the main office. Individual staff members set fees.
