AfterCare Program

The Anthony School provides an Aftercare Program on a daily basis from 3:00 p. m. - 5:45 p. m. Our students are cared for in a nurturing, adult-supervised environment that emphasizes safety issues, socialization skills, and academic achievement. All students are given the opportunity to attend a homework room where a certified teacher is available to assist with homework, review it when completed, and remediate if necessary.

Our program provides structure with flexibility, keeping in mind that children need a balance between structure and unstructured activities. Adult supervision as well as high school aides provide a discipline environment enabling children to participate safely in provided activities.

Fees for the Aftercare Program can be obtained in the main office. Parents are expected to be prompt, observing the pick-up times and provide the office with information required.

Summer Programs

The Anthony School offers a wide variety of high quality enrichment classes throughout the summer. Classes begin in early June and are completed by the beginning of August. Academic programs, sports, camps, classes of fine arts are held for children of all ages. Certified teachers, coaches, and experts in their fields are the instructors. Teachers design and teach their individual classes based on professional expertise.

Summer class provides unique and exciting experiences for children of all ages. Students are given the opportunity to grow intellectually, physically, creatively, and socially. The Anthony School students are encouraged to invited friends to enroll and to enjoy the activities.

The Anthony School is the host school to many other activities in the summer. Outside venues schedule periodically events to be held at Anthony.

The Summer Adventure schedule is available mid April. This schedule provides descriptions, dates, and registration fees for each activity offered.

Tutoring/Study Hall

The Anthony School is very fortunate to have teachers available for after school study hall and individual tutoring. Information on teachers available can be obtained in the main office. Individual staff members set fees.
