Students in sixth through eighth grades are eligible for the academic honor roll at the end of each nine week grading period. Students in sixth grade must have no more than two B's; students in seventh and eighth grades must have no more than one B.
No student who has a C or below in any academic subject or any mark below "Satisfactory" for conduct in any class is eligible for the Honor Roll.
Students in all grades are recognized for their positive contributions in the classroom and to their school community. Daily and weekly positive reinforcement of appropriate behavior is given to each child.
Students in third through eighth grades are recognized on a Citizenship Honor Roll at the end of each grading period. The lead teacher at each level considers overall class participation and recommendations from other teachers, as well as behavior grades. Students with any mark below "Satisfactory" are not eligible for the Citizenship Honor Roll.
