REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

Crew:  Many kids expressed an interest in being part of the crew.  This includes lights, sound, props, backstage and costumes.  We will work really hard the last few weeks before the play.  Please check the rehearsal schedule below for when they will be needed.  

OOMPA LOOMPAs:  My we have some busy Oompa Loompas!  I am  having a hard time working their practice into a schedule because of the boys other obligations (cross country, math, gymnastics, etc.)    Beginning next week I will be having OL practice from 3:30 until 4:00 on M and F.  Let me know if this is a problem.  I imagine not every boy will be available for every practice.  We may have to sneak in a few secret Lunchtime Loompa sessions....  I would love one (or more) of the OL moms to help me with costumes for these guys.  Please let me know if you are interested in helping!

CAST:  We have been having rehearsals during our M,W, F 8th period elective.  Starting next week practices will last until 4:00.  As we progress we will probably end up trying to stay until 4:30 when possible.  I will let you know a week or so before that happens.  I realize some may have to leave for after school activities- pick them up at the last minute! :)

The cast will practice every M, W, and F during 8th period. Beginning next week (Sept. 15) we will stay until 4:00.

Sunday practices: We will have a few Saturday/Sunday afternoon rehearsals for the ENTIRE cast AND crew. Sunday seems to work better than Saturday for most,  so we will have two Sunday afternoon practices.

Sunday, Sept. 28th: 2:00-4:30

Sunday, Oct. 5: 2:00-4:30 (Crew and Cast!)

Saturday, Oct. 11th: 11:00- till.... (Dress Rehearsal-Crew and Cast)

 (Please let me know in advance if your child is unable to attend any of these important rehearsals.  I will also need a few parent volunteers for snacks and crowd control- let me know if you are willing to hang out with us!)

Thursday, October 23rd- 8:45- Dress Rehearsal for 3's-2nd grade

Friday, October 24th- 1:15 School Performance. (Parents are politely asked to NOT ATTEND- we barely have room for all the students to have a seat. Please plan on attending either the Friday night or Saturday performance. IF this is the only show you can make you will be asked to stand at the back of the room. Thank you so much for your help!)

Friday, October 24th- 7:00 pm Family and Friends performance
Sunday, October 26th- matinee performance 2:00
