FRENCH HOMEWORK

DAILY GRADES ARE RECORDED ON POWER SCHOOL

Homework is due on the date listed.

August 28--Make a list of 10 French words used in everyday English conversations. This could include cities, companies, expressions, food, or dance steps. Please vary your answers so that more than one category is addressed. ( Don't just list 10 American cities.)

EXTRA CREDIT FOR MORE THAN 10 WORDS. 1 POINT FOR EACH WORD UP TO 20 POINTS.

Tuesday, Sept 2--Find something with French words at your house. It can be a label on clothes, on make-up, food items, etc. Bring it if you can. If not, then just copy the words from the object and bring them to class.

Thursday, September 4--Textbook, page 17, #5. Please follow the example in the book. Write out your responses.

Tuesday, September 9--Memorize numbers 0 to 10. Be sure that you can spell each one of them. Check website--French numbers, Listen and repeat. Practice saying the numbers after the speaker.Quiz on numbers and pronunciation.
